Lots of confusion?
Confusion about what you want, how to get it, + if you should even want it at all? What I see most often are career changers spending time ‘thinking about making a change’ and maybe even ‘planning on making a change.’
But they spend very little time on the things that would turn their career idea into reality or move them closer to a career that fits better.
Career Changers tell us it was our unique approach that moved them out of confusion and into intention. That it was our simple methods that helped them gain momentum after years of struggle.
This is because it’s completely different from anything they’ve tried before.
Welcome to Booth Careers.
One of the most common reasons I hear from people about what keeps them stuck in a career they don’t like is that they don’t know the “right” thing to do instead.
They tell me they can't stop thinking things like:
What if the next thing sucks too?
What if I make a move then change my mind?
There’s nothing else that interests me.
I have too many interests to choose.
I don’t have a clue what to do.
There are hundreds more things but they’re all basically this sense that making a change feels too uncertain, too risky, or too scary to consider. So, they become confused. Has anything good ever come from that? Nope. Usually what comes from it is stress, frustration, loss of confidence, impatience, exhaustion, a sense of hopelessness, and an overall negative outlook about life. We want to help with this. It's more common than it needs to be. The awesome news is we can help. There are tangible ways to make important career changes. You can feel lighter. You can exhale. It's time to replace the confusion with possibility.

Sarah took the Make Work Better quiz and said this:
“Christine! I wanted to say thanks. I completed the quiz and then it clicked: I don't feel my contributions are recognized or valued by my employer. Time to have a tough conversation and make some decisions. Thanks for the nudge.”
Kim, a one on one coaching client had this to say about working with me:
I followed Christine on social media for quite some time before I reached out so I felt confident that she was the right coach for me. I’d recommend her coaching for anyone who feels stuck in their career and doesn’t quite know where to begin – anyone looking for accountability and motivation to change. Working with Christine led to a huge shift in my thinking about the level of power I have over my personal contentment. What I liked best about working with Christine was that I felt safe – she is genuine, honest and supportive – so I was able to be vulnerable and easily share what I needed in order to move forward. Her constant reassurance that it’s okay to continue exploring, shifting and changing as I grow was invaluable for my piece of mind. Most importantly, Christine believed in me when I had trouble believing in myself. She helped me truly internalize that no matter what obstacles and challenges arise, I can persevere and continue moving forward.
